What terms are available to borrowers to pay off their invoices using SmartFee?
Borrowers may pay their invoice over 3 to 12 instalments. Their professional advisor should discuss the appropriate option with their client.
How old can an invoice be to use SmartFee funding?
The invoice must be issued by the professional advisor (firm) within the last 12 months.
Can an 'individual' apply for SmartFee?
No. SmartFee do not fund invoices to individuals. We fund invoices issued by professional firms to businesses with an Australian Business Number (ABN).
What are the costs in applying for SmartFee?
We have no application fees for the professional firm or their clients. We're transparent about all costs associated with funding invoices and we provide a schedule for the borrower with set monthly instalments. We ensure the borrower (and firm) know exactly how much is due at each instalment and the due date for payment.
How quickly will we receive funding?
After we complete all the appropriate checks and approvals, and your client has made their first payment to SmartFee, your firm will receive payment in full from SmartFee for the client's invoice.
